Working at KGP

MEP engineering is learned fastest on site, next to someone experienced. At KGP a new engineer does not just redraw someone else drawings: you go to site with the site manager, see how your drawing is actually built, and own the part you produced.

  • Assigned to a discipline (electrical, plumbing, ventilation, fire protection) but rotated through inspections of the other systems to build a whole-building view.
  • Support with the cost of obtaining and maintaining professional certification.
  • An internal debrief after every project — problems encountered become the checklist for the next one.
  • Full statutory insurance, site allowances and personal protective equipment.
